- HAITI MISSION TRIP
August 10 – 17 – Info meeting May 5
We have a special mission trip opportunity this year with “Mission of Hope Haiti” from August 10-17. We will be able to help out with VBS, work projects and ministry in the same village each day. The 1st payment of $700 is due May 26th. The final payment will be due July 7th. There will be another meeting on May 5 after the service. Informational Meeting – Sunday, April 28
We’re headed back to Houston to support Abraham and Oh Maya in their work with Nepali Refugees. We’ll have VBS for children, discipleship for youth, and prayer and outreach with families. Last year was an amazing experience. In addition to the Nepali, we had the privilege of getting to know children and youth from Myanmar, Niger, the Republic of Congo, and elsewhere. Join us for an informational meeting on April 28th, right after church. Cost for the trip is $200 per person.CLUB 56 PARTY

The fifth and sixth graders will take food to FISH Ministries on Saturday, April 27th. Afterwords, we’ll head to CiCi’s for lunch and fun. We’ll meet at church at 10:00. We* Women of Grace are having a Movie Night. Come as you are and enjoy a movie without the fuss of going to the theater. June 16th is promotion Sunday at Grace. When our children arrive for P3Kidz Worship, we’ll shuffle kids into the class appropriate to their fall school grade. If you have a preschooler ready for Kindergarten, a Kindergartner, or a 4th grader, they’ll be moving up to the next class. Students going into 7th grade will join their parents in the main Worship Service. (They are also invited to join Epic Student Ministries. They’ll hear more about that from Adam.) “Grace Time Out” is a brand new program for Moms, Dads, Grandparents or Guardians with small kids. Every 1st Monday, you are invited to get out of the house and come hang out at Grace, drink coffee and chat with other Moms while the kids play. Our first “Grace Time Out” will be on Monday, March 4th from 9am – 11am in the P3 kids area. This will be a wonderful time to connect with other families while our kids have fun and make new friends. In this class for married couples we will try to discover if it is possible to create a marriage that is secure, satisfying and passionate in the way God Intends. Steve and Karen will lead this study through the book, “Our Secret Paradise” by Jimmy Evans. Or otherwise known as, “Paradoxes, Enigmas and Outright Contradictions.” This study will reveal spiritual concepts through illustrations from Ben’s work, natural science and math. Ben will begin with the conflict between science and religion. The study will cover the topics of sin, law, grace and purification through the lens of Ben’s unique illustrations which will include the Fukushima nuclear disaster, wave-particle duality, transform theory, metallurgy, integrated circuit production and the central principle of improvisational comedy.THE QUEST FOR AUTHENTIC MANHOOD

The Grace Men’s Fraternity will be lauching the “Quest for Authentic Manhood”, a bilibical perspective of what it means to be a man and the practical steps to accomplish this task. This includes how a man relates to his wife, daughter, son, coworkers and friends. The meetings will be in the worship center at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday night of each month through May.WE* GROW – WOMEN’S STUDY

If you’re new to Grace and want to become a member, the Discovering Grace class is the next step for you. During this class, one of our pastors will talk about the history, beliefs, people and future of our church.
